Shipping & Handling

We offer FREE standard shipping on all merchandise within the United States.

To prevent any errors or delays in shipping, make sure you provide accurate street, city, state and zip code information. Your shipping address must be in the United States or a United States Territory.

At this time, we only do free shipping within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping to Canada will be via US Post Office First Class shipping & handling at a cost of USD$12.00.

Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and orders are processed and shipped on business days only. (Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Standard Shipping

  • For most orders going to U.S. addresses, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.
  • USA Address, your order will arrive within 2-10 business days.
  • Canada First Class shipping & handling cost is US$12.00.
  • If the standard shipping cost is different, the shipping charges will be reflected during checkout.
  • Shipments to Canada may take 10 – 30 business days.
  • When shipping in Canada, any applicable taxes would be the responsibility of the Canadian recipient.

Please Note

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO may take up to 30 business days for delivery.
  • We do not offer, at the current time, overnight shipping.

We will happily provide full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for merchandise returned within 120 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. After 120 days, returns will be issued as an in-house credit that will be applied to your next purchase. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.

Contact our Customer Representative Team at 1-877-698-5902 or via e-mail support@avesence.com within 120 days of your original invoice date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A return will not be accepted without a reference number and RMA.

Within 7 days of obtaining the RMA number, please return the following items to the address below:
a) Unused portion of the product along with all original packaging if you still have it.
b) Copy of packing slip or confirmation email from the original order (please keep a copy for your records).

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship with a tracking number via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or registered mail. Sunstream Pacific, LLC is not liable for packages lost during shipping.

Sunstream Pacific, LLC will process your refund via the original purchase method within 5 -10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Note to International Customers

Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received we do not reimburse for these expenses.
